Description
As I have already mentioned, the verse and chorus are very similar but we have gone over a few tools that can aid us in our quest to support the vocalist and the emotions of the lyrics.
Pay attention to the actual differences in the finger picking patterns, don't just glaze over them, get them in your head and fingers so that you don't have to think about where to go or what's next.
Dynamics are always your friend and can be a very effective tool to convey emotions and supporting other instruments. Beware of speeding up and slowing down as mentioned earlier. Also know what dynamics go where,
study the arrangement of the song and know when to be loud and when to be quiet.
