Description
In this lesson we'll take a basic open A shape and move it up to E at the 7th fret. This E7 voicing is played with your ring finger on E at the 7th fret, 5th string; your middle finger on G# at the 6th fret, 4th string; your pinky on D at the 7th fret, 3rd string; and finally your index finger on E at the 5th fret, 2nd string.
Note how to mute the low and high strings so we specifically target the four-note chord.
