In my opinion,I think to help come up with chords for a song,it's a lot easier when I can see the lyrics,to get their "mood",then maybe I might make an attempt at writing chords to go with the song.
And since I'm thinking that you're only fluent in Swedish,it might be a bit hard finding someone here who's good enough in Swedish to "feel" a song,and hence write music for it.

certain key signatures are supposed to set different moods. this information is somewhere on the internet. You need to figure out the mood of the lyrics then determine the best key signature and then get the chord progressions from that signature.
