What album changed your life?
I played jazz guitar in highschool band. I was the damn best guitarist that school ever saw (and ever will see). lol.

I'm not in high school yet. The guitarist they have sux. He went over my house one day, and asked me to play for him. His jaw dropped, he told me I could have the jazz guitarist spot, and that was that. So I'm pretty much set.

I'm probably joining the discussion way too late here, but if you ever get a chance, listen to Slave to the Rhythm by Grace Jones.
Her singing kinda sucks and there's voice overs all the way through the album, but the background music was completely done by Trevor Horn (if ya don't know who that is, I pity ya).
Play song #2 on a high end system with subs...an awesome way to show off your system's capabilities.

Yeah, next year i am going into hgihschool, and i kno the guitar players of the school, only like 4 or 5. but the one for the Jazz band isnt that great. My bro is a sick bass player so it might be me and him in the band together
I do know this one kid though, he is really great. he is a senior, and he can play blackstar ( yngwie ) and Marty Friedman songs to there fullest.... he is real cool.
