What's the latest word on your custom axe? Am I gonna have to fly all the way out to Austria to whoop-up on your slow-poke luthier?

well - its ok for me to wait, because i know that my luthier is a man of perfection - and perfection takes time. the latest news is, that the dragonä-image is finished and the neck is also attached to the body. he now wants me to give the neck a try to see how it fits to my hands. after that we just need to discuss the finish of the body and then maybe another week and its done. so i HOPE it will be done in 2-3 weeks ( i have said that a few times already, havent i?)

I'm glad you have faith in your luthier. He seems really concerned about the quality of his work, and as time goes by that becomes more and more of a rarity.

Well, if you're paying that much for something it better be just how you like it, so he'd better take his time.

I just can't wait to see the finished product!! I'm excited and it isn't even my axe!
