well.. my boss ME50 has this feature - diatonic harmonization - you tell the board what key you are playing in, and it harmonizes the notes accordingly. of course this will never replace a real second harmony guitar. its far more interresting (and way cheaper) to find a real guitarrist to play along with and write some interresting (unpredictable) harmony-lines
