Recording the Acoustic
Ok, I am now using my Line Input on my computer with a mic. I can record my amp no problem, but I can't record my acoustic very well. Its very low in volume when I playback on the computer. I have turned up the volume on the sound thing in the bottom corner of my desktop. What else can I do?

Hey Dude, the mic wants to be in the mic input !
LoZ signal (from a mic) is -10 Bd from line input. It is possible the pres on the soundcard are bringing up the levle however you will get a hotter signal using the mic input.
Best of luck !

Oh, I thought the Line Input gave the mic a boost.
