4. The forum you want to moderate
5. The inactive moderator you wish to replace

Below are the requirements for being a moderator:

1. A member in good standing for at least six months.
2. A member who has shown a knack for avoiding getting into arguments with other members.
3. A member who knows a reasonable amount about the topic for the particular forum.
4. A member who frequents this message board at least every few days.
