I would do it in bite-sized. Always warm up that sturming hand for 2 or 3 minutes, slow and controlled. Then pick your practice. I'm not sure what you like to do, but this is an example of what I do.
Moring,
3 minutes of strumming, no chords
5 minutes of standard chords
5 minutes of barre chords
4 minutes of a new strumming pattern slow
4 minutes of strumming open chords with the new pattern slow
Afternoon
3 minutes of open Low E alternative
(Insert a focus in bite-sized pieces like above, such as scale work)
3 minutes of alternative picking
Night,
Video instruction and emulation for 20 to 30 minutes.

Thanks Kyle ,great advice.
Yeah, man. I found the blues course to be great for my progress. This lesson gives my left hand/arm a great workout. Power Chords As Riffs with Anders M. I made it clickable for you, bud. I found that lowering my left thumb a bit on the neck gives me more leverage and doesn't get me tired out. Working out my hands with that lesson helps my playing a lot. Have fun, dude!

You don't have to do three completely different programs: the best approach is to distribute them intelligently. Keep a similar structure (warm-up, technique, musicality), but vary the content to avoid fatigue and progress faster.

Great to hear you're following the advice from your instructors! For your three sessions a day, it can be beneficial to mix it up. You might try focusing on different skills or techniques in each session to keep things fresh and engaging. This way, you can build a well-rounded practice routine.
