Chord Arpeggios with descending triads and pull offs - Indie Rock

Hi

Can anyone point me to a video/lesson that gives advice on the best way to play and finger the short piece in the screenshot?

The fingering the chords and pull offs are causing me trouble and throwing off my timing.

Finger the first E minor like a D minor but 2 fret higher, index (3rd fret E string), middle (4th fret G string), ring (5th fret B string).  Then your pinky will be free for the pull-off on the E string. 

Finger the second E minor with your index (7th fret), middle (8th fret) and ring (9th fret) and again your pinky will be free for the pull-off.
