Finger the first E minor like a D minor but 2 fret higher, index (3rd fret E string), middle (4th fret G string), ring (5th fret B string).  Then your pinky will be free for the pull-off on the E string. 

Finger the second E minor with your index (7th fret), middle (8th fret) and ring (9th fret) and again your pinky will be free for the pull-off.
