Need help (pull-offs)

could someone give a descripition on How to properly perform a pull-off, Thx

ok, lets start with a pull off

lets start this on the a string which is the 5th string, (or the 2nd one down from the ceiling's direction for u beginners)

put your index finger on the 5th fret and bar it, next put your pinkie on the 8th fret, !dont strum the guitar!, now push the string in at the 8th fret w/ ur pinkie and pull down and away, pulling off of the fret board, hence the name pull off :D :cool:
