Sounds like drop C tuning.  I'm not sure about the rest of the strings.  But if you tune your low E down 2 whole steps to C you can play the intro like this.

Then once the groove gets going the main riff is something like this.

But the tuning could be all the strings dropped 2 whole steps.  Or just the low E dropped 2 whole steps to C & the other strings dropped 1 whole step, kind of like a drop C tune.  Like this.
