Hi, new subscriber here.
Tried to start my lessons over the weekend using the Android app, and videos wouldn’t play, but worked on my phone via web browser. Sunday, wishing for a larger screen, I switched to iPad, and the app worked fine.
Now, Monday morn, I thought I’d get a quick session in before work, and videos won’t load in the iOS app or website.
I’ve enjoyed the lessons so far, but what gives? Is the service always this unreliable?
