Please take a look at this article explaining how you can change those settings in your particular web browser: https://support.guitartricks.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016144754-Sound-is-muted-automatically-when-starting-a-Lesson?mobile_site=true

We would also suggest accessing the site from a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and see if that resolves your issue.

The issue is not coming from the Guitar Tricks program itself, so we are not able to change those settings on your personal web browser. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please contact us.

Admin's info is old and doesn't guide you to the necessary settings, at least for Firefox.

If you are using Firefox then do this:

Open "Settings"

Click "Privacy & Security"

Scroll down to "Permissions"

Click [Autoplay] "Settings" button

Set to "Allow Audio & Video"

Click "Save Settings" button

If you're using a different browser then you will need to let us know.

If you're looking for interactive lessons or audio content, you might need to use a dedicated language learning platform or resource that supports those features. merge fruit

Go to the lesson section or course you are working on.
