So it just hit me my sore thumb is from playing guitar a lot. I've never had this! That means I'm playing a lot more than ever before.
What would you suggest for working it out to ease into the rigors of playing a lot? FYI it's my left thumb as I'm right handed.
Possibly ice and some ibuprofen or another anti inflammatory.
