I would suggest slowing down. It's cool that your left hand can fly, but without the right, unless you're playing legato, it doesn't help much.

Slow down using a clean tone and practice till the notes ring out. Get a metronome and start getting faster.

What kind of picking styles are you using? Straight down, alternate (up, down, up down, or down, up, down, up), sweeping, or economy???

Speed comes from control, control comes from confidence, practice builds confidence, practice is SLOW.

It is a golden rule, whatever you practice, mastering it slowly will give you a greater result when played fast.
I have seen countless students playing what seemed like great licks, but once slowed down, sounded like ****, only because they blurred the whole stuff with speed (even pros, ones with award and stuff like that do it, except they throw in a couple of effects, like wah, reverb etc... Who said Kirk Hammett?)

I agree with lalim.

When you practice things, you are trying to imbed it into your subconscious mind. If you try and practice too fast, you subconsciously remember all the mistakes you are making. If you start slow and mistake free, you build this into your memory and soon you will be able to accelerate the speed much more.
