I would suggest slowing down. It's cool that your left hand can fly, but without the right, unless you're playing legato, it doesn't help much.

Slow down using a clean tone and practice till the notes ring out. Get a metronome and start getting faster.

What kind of picking styles are you using? Straight down, alternate (up, down, up down, or down, up, down, up), sweeping, or economy???
