yea i'm back....again..
if anyone has got the new stained cd (14 shades of grey)...u may know how the guitarist..gets that clean...kind of a ...well its hard to explain...lol..its got a lil twist to it..how can u get that with a zoom 505II effects pedal or just with a amp on clean with reverb.......its kinda weird?...but i thought i'd try......any takers?

I'm not familiar with staind , so I'm not sure but I think the clean sound you want is the chorus clean effect ... Look for the chorus effect in your zoom , match it with a clean preamp or any clean settings you know.

I just recently got mysself the nw Boss ME-50 - that thing is absolutely cool and is not too expensive.

I always want to say that whenever I smell the word "ZOOM" , but I'm usualy afraid that it could be wrongly taken as an arrogant offense.

I surely know you would never offend anybody , specialy if you don't even know . ;)

As for a "ZOOM - catch us if you can :D " tale , few years ago I was goin to play with a thrash-metal band , and their rhythm guitarist had that 505 (the old black one) thingi ... It was my first time to be introduced to a ZOOM face to face (it was my pleasure of course - LOL ), I instantly suggested that he should borrow my spare dist pedal and forget about other effects for a while OR forget about me. ;)

yeah, don't buy anything with "Zoom" on it, 99.99999% of the time its garbage.

Go for a Boss, or for a POD.
