Do you come out in a rash any where else or even get flu like symptoms or itchiness after playing the guitar ?
I would be very surprised if you were having an allergic reaction to the metals in your guitar strings. However if you really want to know, go see a GP.
Id keep using fast fret and just keep on going. I think this is a problem that will either disappear in time or you will just have to live with !
You can also get Teflon (?) coated guitar string, which may help. They sound a little different from regular strings however they may be worth a try.

I heard about people beeing alergic to "Nickel" in particular ... I've never heard about that from guitarist anyway , but I think you can look for another type of strings from other material that's ok with ya.
Consult a physician and make some tests first .

Could be exercise induce antiphalatic response, only in your hands :). Just kidding, thats a systemic response more so.

I sweat alot when playing and my strings get rusty quick. I usually try to turn the heat down in the basement. Keep a clean rag or washcloth nearby and wipe the strings and your hands whenever possible.

I don't think you are allergic to the strings, I think the strings are allergic to you, you may be a tad acidic, how often are you changing strings? How humid is the climate where you live? I spent a summer in northern Alabama and saw rust appear on bare metal in less than 15 minutes, if it's not you, it may be your enviroment........
