I don't seem to get good bandwith on Guitar Tricks anymore. It is hard to follow lessons when the video stops. I have a 100 mb internet, therefore, I believe it is guitar tricks server cannot keep up with all the customers they have accumulated
Poor bandwith on Guitar Tricks
I'm no expert and I can't remember the commands but when I've experienced this it's because a node in the path between you and GT is super slow. There's a tech way to examine all the nodes to see where it's slow but really you can't do anything about it until "The Internet" resolves it. In other words, it's not GT.
Check your video settings. Go to your account home page and click on edit button near the Settings tab. Mine is set to 720p and I never have video freezing up.

Yup... not a GT problem.
I'm on an embarressingly slow DSL (western Montana, you know) and have no problems with GT or other sites. Undoubtedly, your problem is between your system's settings, your ISP, and the nodes/backbone it relies upon.
Good luck. Let us know what you find out.

My computer is pretty far from my router, so I use a relay. I put the relay back to where I moved it a week or so ago, and my bandwith did improve. It is not perfect, I still get some losses at times, but I is better.

It's more likely to be your ISP that can't keep up with all the customers they've accumulated. Many high speed ISPs routinely "throttle" bandwidth to customers depending on total throughput. My ISP admits to doing this at times of high usage. However, even at times when my cable TV is affected, my cable internet service (same provider) is still capable of handling GT videos without interruption.
If you are having problems routinely despite moving the router, you might want to do as Moe suggested, which is to go into your account settings and set your video display to either 720p or "auto" - permanently or just at times when your experiencing interruptions. Other options include upgrading your router, using a router booster, or placing a router relay between your router and whatever you're using to access GT's website.
