It's more likely to be your ISP that can't keep up with all the customers they've accumulated. Many high speed ISPs routinely "throttle" bandwidth to customers depending on total throughput. My ISP admits to doing this at times of high usage. However, even at times when my cable TV is affected, my cable internet service (same provider) is still capable of handling GT videos without interruption.

If you are having problems routinely despite moving the router, you might want to do as Moe suggested, which is to go into your account settings and set your video display to either 720p or "auto" - permanently or just at times when your experiencing interruptions. Other options include upgrading your router, using a router booster, or placing a router relay between your router and whatever you're using to access GT's website.
