Hmmm , well dude ... I donno, but there must be screws to strech the springs at the back of the guitar ... The screws should be looking to the guitar neck , and you should lock them more so that the springs drags the bridge down more into the body , so you get it in right position.
But tell me first , your problem is an angeled (slant) bridge as I guessed , or just high action ?
If it's just about high action (and the bridge is parallel to the body normally) , there are two screws on both sides of the bridge ("alen key" kinda screws), they are on the top of the body not in the back ... If you lock these , you'll get lower action & vice versa.
I got a good idea , go to these sites :
http://www.jacksonguitars.com , http://www.jemsite.com , http://www.espguitars.com ... and check the tech help there on Floyd Rose bridges and their setup topics.
If you still got more question , just ask again here .

Dude , haven't you found the screws at the back of the guitar yet ?
Check this pic : http://www.jemsite.com/tech/img/t_edg.jpg
The screws I mean are those at the very bottom of the pic , they call it "Claw Screw"... You're FR tremolo might be a little different, but I'm pretty sure you'll find these screws in any FR.
Good Luck .
