You learn one note at a time until you've learned all of them. And then you practice them until you can do it in real time. That's really it. Playing lead guitar solos requires a whole lot of repetitious practice until you've got those techniques solidly under your fingers.
The good news is that once you've learned a lick or two, you can see they are all just patterns from little melodies, scales & chords. And they get reused & repeated over & again. Same for whole solos by any given guitar artist. They have a common vocabulary of ideas they use & reuse & reconfigure.

Hope that helps!
One very importing part that Christopher forgot; learn to hum along or at least know the solo so good that you can play it in your head, if you can play it in your head then you can learn to play it on the guitar to.
There is a little program called " best practice" ; https://bestpractice.soft112.com/ wich lets you slow it down to about 50% and even lower or raise the song per half note so in case the original is tuned down a half step, you can raise it a half step and play along without detuning the guitar, you can also slow down the you tube videos or if you like to look at the tabs asswell there is a site called "songster" but the songs aren't always to accurate.
