Kinda dumb question but are there actually minor open chords for C,F and G ? Because I been playing for months but I never came to them

look in the chord finder in the toolbox.
They are not open chords but barre chords.
they will be the 3 , 5 and 6 chords in some of the scales.
Maybe not used much

Open chords rely on open strings. Because those chords have few to none of the notes required for the chords in convenient place they are traditionally not played as open chord voicings.
Instead they are usually played as barre chord voicings & variations. Lisa covers them here.

It is possible to play the C minor chord using the open G string. But frequently not very practical.
