For some reason every single lesson I start to play stops at 9 seconds then buffers and wont play at all can someone please give me a clue on how to fix cause this is getting really annoying

Hey there! Sorry you are having buffering issues. Most likely it's a wi-fi signal strength issue. Please ensure that your internet signal strength is strong. What device are you using, Apple app, Android app, web browser? If using a web browser, please try logging in with a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
