I'm really enjoying listening to this. It reminds me of late 60s/early 70s folk rock (one of my favorite genres, obviously), and your voice is perfect for it. (The Wreck of the Edna Fitzgerald came to mind)

Faith... the 60s and early 70s were the best period of American Music in my estimation. It is mind boggiling how rich the direvsity of that music was! I am also partial to the 80s and 90s where the guitar was still the center of focus. As of late I can hardly even identify the "INSTURMENTS" being used. I suspect they are mostly computers. I even heard a news story that computers are now writting "hit music". I got to wonder how long it will be before they start producing drones to do our dancing for us as well.

Xman... I got some studio time and gathered friends around to make the recording. The Production, as such was the engineer and me. I put this recording together in answer to a opportunity to get it heard by a national act, in hopes of selling a song (when you wish upon a starrrr.....) As per songwritter usual, it didn't pan out.

Over the years I have used song writting to fix my understanding of the theory I learned. I would incorporate the new ideas into a new song. This meant that I didn't forget the lesson because I kept playing the new song that was written around it. Very good way to make that knowledge your own.
