All-Powerful Essential Strum Pattern

Hi, I am on Chapter 7 Lesson 6 - All-Powerful Essential Strum Pattern.

Can someone send me the pattern in DD DU DU format? Having a hard time following via the lesson video.

To me it seems like

1&.....2&......3&.....4&

D_.... DU....._U.... DU

I used an underscore(_) to represent an up or down stroke where you don't hit the strings

The trick is to strum down strokes on the downbeats (the counted numbers 1-2-4). Keep strumming & get the pattern like this:

The letters in parenthesis are when you avoid the strings.
