I went under account,membership type Full Access Subscriber and clicked (Cancel) . Cancel takes me to a blank page. I've tried to cancel on two different computers an Asus and an HP, and it's the same, cancel takes me to a blank page. I contacted customer service asking them to cancel my subscription and they never did reply back to me. [br][br]My expiery date is 9-18-20; if I'm rebilled tomorrow I'm going to be ticked.

I've sent two emails and both have now been ignored.

See if this offers any help, https://support.guitartricks.com/hc/en-us/articles/216287137-How-do-I-cancel-my-account-

If you think you've allowed enough time for a response to your emails try the phone;

(855) 394-8482 (9 -5 PST, M-F).

John of MT already tried it, when I click the link to cancel it takes me to a blank page. So that doesn't help.

If you shot an email to Admin without a response try the phone number. There should be someone there in about an hour and a half from now.

Good luck.

In my job, I have a few pages I publicly own within the corporation I work for and have learned that cookies/cache is a pesky thing. Not sure if that applies here but have you deleted your cookies/cache/history in your browser?

Since I'm not part of GT, it's only my laymans tip.

Hi Lee05503,

We're sorry for the confusion! We see that you are a gift card user, which means there is no rebill that will take place and nothing to cancel.

The subscription will expire on its own, you will not be charged since there is no credit card on file - you signed up with a gift card with a specific duration and it does not auto-renew.

We're sorry that the button even showed up on your end. Fixing that now so it doesn't confuse other members!

Apologies! Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Best,

Camille

If you paid with Paypal, you have to cancel through your Paypal account

Hope this will help
