what should i learn?

i know the diatonic scales major n minor and i also know
the 3-notes per string scales but what should i use ? i know they are kind of the same thing but what should i do?

You could always try playing behind your back, with your teeth or learn a few dance steps, or, how about learn a few songs so you have something to apply what you already learned on, they'll always be more finger gymnastics to learn, but learning to apply what you know will get you alot farther and maybe happier too..................
