CAN YOU HELP SOMEHOW???
Wel hi again...It is about 6 months i'm trying to play the chromatic scale (all over the guitar neck)faster and faster with a metronome...but i have stuck at the speed of (4 notes per beat at 100)..What i'm doing wrong?Can you help me?

I used to get stuck with some techniques in the past too. All I did back then was ignoring it for a while (couple of weeks or a month) , and focus on mastering other things instead.
After trying the technique I was trying to approach again, I find myself suddenly doing it better.
A lot of people I know do the same thing too with out knowing why do the get better, Perhaps it's bec you get more and more finger strength by mastering different techniques.

we would need to actually SEE how you play it - maybe you are making too large movements, maybe the sync between your picking arm and your left hand is not 100%, etc.. difficult to tell when you just state that your stuck at a certain speed. (thats why i always and always and always say - best is a real life teacher who does actually SEE what you are doing)
