we would need to actually SEE how you play it - maybe you are making too large movements, maybe the sync between your picking arm and your left hand is not 100%, etc.. difficult to tell when you just state that your stuck at a certain speed. (thats why i always and always and always say - best is a real life teacher who does actually SEE what you are doing)
