I am frustrated because it is hard to get the right info. All the lessons are locked. The free lessons are unorganized and hard to follow. I must be missing something. For beginners of electric guitar, is there a sequence of lessons available during the trial period so we can gauge the site. After all, I don't think anyone can actually learn to play in 14 days. Please point me in the right direction.
Just starting and I am already fruastrated
Guitar Tricks (GT) are currently promoting a 14 day Free Trial Subscription which immediately unlocks all Full Access features for the trial period. That's backed up by what is effectively a money back sastisfaction guarantee for a further 60 days if you continue after the expiry of the free trial period (when your Paypal account is initially debited or CC charged) if you subsequently decide GT isn't for you. That's a total of 74 days or just over 2½ months to assess whether GT is for you and make up your mind.
There are alternative Guitar Tricks offers you can avail yourself of if that's not good enough, but I'll leave that to you to discover for yourself. Google is your 'friend' in that regard at least.
Regardless, one of the purposes of the Free Trial is so you can try out GT Course structure and features at no cost to assess whether Guitar Tricks and its syllabi are for you.
[br]What's to lose? Why don't you just use it and find out?
Two plus years on, I'm still here paying and playing. GT works for me. It might for you too.

Thank you for the reply. The 14 day trial period does not unlock any major lessons. It only unlocks lessons like how to hold a guitar and zero lessons on how to actually play the guitar.
What I thought was a free trial, was not. You have to enter credit card to get free trial. They are advertising free trial with only an email and no cc needed. If fact cc is needed. Thanks for reply.
I can't see that link page provided when I click on it as any extant full access subs are re-routed to their own account page, but you should be able to.
If you sign up for a Basic Membership -what you had, access is restricted. See here. Once you sign up with CC details as I see you must have now from your changed membership status, you will have Full Access. Although you've figured it out now, I have left this for anyone else who might have similar enquiry.
All the best with your guitar goals.
