I have the AVT100 marshall and wanted to upgrade.
I couldnt buy a cab for it so i decided on the TSL series, head n 2 cabs.
On goin to my local music shop, the people i know well, they shocked me by sayin my avt sounds better than the TSLs and that many people buy the AVT instead. He says the rich n famous go for the TSL in snobbery and the AVTs in actual fact are better!!

Is this true, i was dead keen on a TSL in ma room but now am no so sure!!

All I can say is, NEVER trust a salesperson, I know I don't.
Just try out the amp you've got your eye on, and see for yourself if it sounds better than the AVT or not.

yup, try em out till you find what your looking for...what sounds good. If your not anygood, get the sales man to try out for you and you make the pick....thought marshall i think is good all around!

Yeah but why would tell me no to spend 800 pounds??!! when he knew i was serious!!
