I'm trying to do the simple man argeggio and want to increase speed, but not sure how i should set the metronome up. 4/4 and when it gets through it I should be starting the next argeggio?

Hi there,

Based on the notation of the Full Performance video here: https://www.guitartricks.com/lesson.php?input=17534&s_id=1323

Looks like the song is set to 61 BPM.

A great way to play up to speed is to use the slow-mo and looping features on the video itself.

Set the A - B loop to that opening arpeggio, and then set the timer to 0.5x or 0.75x. Play along with the backing track and see if you can get the notes on time. If you're doing good, then increase the speed towards 1.0x, or normal speed.

I hope that helps!

Best,

Billy
