I play a Maton MS520, nice guitar can go from jazzy gibson sound, to a scratchy fender in the flick of a switch.

Must be nice...
Try a Fender DG8 acoustic and a Peavey T-60 through a Smokey Camel Hard Pack, then to whatever is handy.

I've got a few guitars. I started w/ my oscar schmidt 3/4 acoustic... then I got a JB Player Sledgehammer (strat copy), then I got an Epiphone "peewee Les Paul," then I bought a cheap strat copy which I sold as quickly as I could. ummm... last march I came to own an awesome guitar, the Paul Reed Smith custom 22. It has a translucent purple top showing the maple underneath. Its humbuckers are incredibly powerful. I love it! And last, but certainly not least is my newest addition, a Taylor G335 jumbo twelve string acoustic with an added fishman pickup. If anyone knows where I could get a pre-65 strat for a low price email me because I am looking.

Right now I have 7 guitars. 2 Carvins, 2 Jackson Soloists, 2 Fender Custom Shop Strats, and a beater "Frankenstien" strat I threw together which I think is my favorite guitar for some strange reason...go figure...

If I could go back to the 7 string debate for a sec...

I wield an American Standard Fender Stratocaster w/ the standard tremelo - you cannot detune the standard trem w/out taking the other 5 strings! I wish I knew about this when I bought it 'cause now when my strings get close to changing time, I never gig without my Peavey T-60 as back up for fear of when a string breaks, it all goes out of tune!

Anywho...

The ZOOM GFX 707 has enabled me to dial in a custom 'detune' setting where I can change the whole set down to DAFCGD for added depth.

I know all your major multi pedals can do the same thing - try it.

Well I guess its my turn.. :) (~Deep breath~) A Jackson Dinkey Reverse (Black),ESP LTD M-100(red),Fender Squier (Black)and last but not least a 1958 D-18 Martin Acoustic. Whoo  I also hope to get a Kramer Vangaurd (Blue) and a BC Rich Bronze Series Warlock (Black) for Christmas. As you can see I'm not too fond of guitars ;)
Sounding better is in your head ,not your amp.

Currently I'm playing Dean Phantom w/stock pickups, I also own a Jackson PS-7, Epiphone PR5E acoustic/electric, and an Epiphone strat style guitar which I removed two of the single coil pickups and replaced them with a Screamin Demon and Alnico II Pro. In time I'd like to put in a Floyd style bridge. My amp is Crate full stack w/ a Peavey Transtube head. All in all I like the sound I get. But, I am going to be in the market for an ESP. Any suggestions?

I would suggest a MII they are great but cost way too much for me so I settled for a M-100, which are great guitars aswell.

I have a Les Paul Custom "Fretless Wonder" that I bought new in 1968, a '99 American Deluxe Standard Strat, a Yamaha LD-10E Acoustic-Electric, an old Yamaha FG-150 and a 1961 Gibson Melody Maker, which unfortunately has a broken headstock.

I have Davis' UEX-210. It's kind of Gibson Explorer-outfit-copy - it looks just the same. Black.
Great and cheap guitar (2190,- FIM)

I have a Squier Strat, a Les Paul copy, a Danelectro U56 (I liked the look of it) a battered old accoustic of indeterminate make and a Vintage Bass Guitar, I am thinking of investing in an electric 12 string, can anybody suggest a good one (I'm on a tight budget right now, if I could afford a genuine Rickenbacker I'd get one), I'm looking for a sound like The Byrds and Tom Petty.
It takes 3 chords, 2 fingers and one asshole to play rock'n'roll

I am going to tell my guitars in chronological order from when I got them. Ibanez GRX40, '71 Greco Flying-V, Fender Deluxe Super Strat, Fender Fat Telecaster, circa '80 Alvarez Classical, '56 Gibson ES-125, and a PRS Custom 22
