GIG equipment

I am interested in two "gig" related items.[br]1) Software to create my set list so I can use iPad or equiv. rather than several thick notebooks.[br]2) some recommendations on equipment to carry to gigs. Small but effective amp and other suggestions

I use forScore and have used it for a couple of years and now no longer have binders.
