Thanks to Jarkko for jumping in and answering your first question. Basically, after the solo, you jump back to the bridge, then at the end of the bridge, you jump forward to the coda symbol and finish the song there.

As for the second question - yes, the measure ending marks do seem like an error -- I've forwarded it to our transcribing team to double check - thanks for the heads up!
