When I first signed up a couple of months ago the lesson videos played fairly well, but now they will not play at all or it takes a very long time just to get a few seconds of video,
I am working with a brand new Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and using a portable wifi hot spot device that shows a decent signal.
Help on resolving this would be greatly appreciated,

It seems like you're experiencing a slow internet connection and will need to lower the video quality. To do this you want to select the settings option within the video player. This is a dial located between the volume icon and the fullscreen icon. From there you want to change the quality to 360p or 224p. Feel free to reach out to support anytime at admin@guitartricks.com
I'm having simular symptoms. I figured out to set the quality to 720p and it works fine, but it's a pain to do it at the start of every lesson. Is there a way to make 720p the default setting for streaming?
