When I first signed up a couple of months ago the lesson videos played fairly well, but now they will not play at all or it takes a very long time just to get a few seconds of video,

I am working with a brand new Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and using a portable wifi hot spot device that shows a decent signal.

Help on resolving this would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

It seems like you're experiencing a slow internet connection and will need to lower the video quality. To do this you want to select the settings option within the video player. This is a dial located between the volume icon and the fullscreen icon. From there you want to change the quality to 360p or 224p. I'm having simular symptoms. I figured out to set the quality to 720p and it works fine, but it's a pain to do it at the start of every lesson. Is there a way to make 720p the default setting for streaming?
