I'm having simular symptoms. I figured out to set the quality to 720p and it works fine, but it's a pain to do it at the start of every lesson. Is there a way to make 720p the default setting for streaming?

It seems like you're experiencing a slow internet connection and will need to lower the video quality. To do this you want to select the settings option within the video player.
