I'm old, I'll say right away. I started learning guitar about a year ago after being made redundant from work. I've been using a couple of online video instructors and have learned a bit. However, I don't feel I'm doing a well as I could be after all this time. There are no convenient "live" lessons near where I live, and also being unemployed, I can't really afford them, so I thought Guitar Tricks might be a good way for a bit more customization, if not personal attention. Also, I may have picked up a few bad habits and missed a few "tricks". So I started here at the very beginning and am just about done with the "Fundamentals" section. So far I am enjoying it and really like the instructor.
