personally I think Axl Rose is a good singer and sounds great with GnR but I was a little disappointed with the sound in ACDC. Guess I am just a Brian Johnson purist at heart having grown up with ACDC and the first song I learned to play all the was through was 'Hells Bells'.
AC/DC with Axl Rose
So I am sure there are lots of opinions about this but thought I would start the question of "What do you think?"

I still have to catch up and check Axl out in ACDC but it is confirmed he is their new lead singer. Kind of surprised me, but I'm looking forward to checking out their performance together. I'm sure a lot of people will have mixed feelings about this.

I remember people being sceptical when Brian Joined after Bon Scott died ..and then they made their biggest selling album with him. I'm not much of an Axl fan but there are worse choices I'm sure. Only time will tell.

I saw AC/DC concert with Axl Rose. I have to say, that i was not sure about him before a concert. But that was big mistake. He´s a real profesionall in all ways. The concert was fantastic. Axl´s appearance was breathtaking.

To be honest I thought Axl Rose was GREAT w ACDC. I heard his voice in a totally new way, and I got a lot more respect for him hearing him pull that off.
