57 year old beginner
Hi all, glad to be here. I'm just starting out with learning the guitar. I practice everyday for about an hour. I have the major and minor chords down, and now working on bar chords. These have proven to be difficult, so any tips wold be appreciated.

Seems like you've got a good practicing routine going there already, which is great.
Regarding barre chords - they will get much easier as your hands develop the necessary muscles for guitar playing, just give it some time.
