Black screen for sometime on all 3 of my macs.

For several days been trying to get back to normal, but the screen is black and the videos are black and cannot see.... tells me to upload latest pks. Have done this... still not like it should be. The contact us will not go thru. I think it is on guitar tricks side and I cannot contact them. any help would be appreciated
