WARM UP!
# 1
Since politeness doesn't seem to be necessary I'm not posting this for you. Other people who are looking for some good warm-up exercises will surely find this useful. Good left hand exercise. Some hard stretches (for me that is... I have very very small hands). It's nicked from John Petrucci's Rock Discipline.

G|----11----------12----------12----------11---------
D|-10----------10----------13----------13------------

this should be played as chords. So only your middle and ring finger move pinky and index stay in place. Play this whole thing when you did it a snare lower and again till you end up on the e snare

-----12----------11----------11----------12--------

Same thing, only go one snare higher when you played it.

You get the Idea.
For right hand warmup. just start some slow chromatics and slowly increase.
