2 months in

started here as an absolute beginner. i inheritted a strat from my grand father. so i figured it can't just sit there. so went to google and here i am. picked up a fender t bucket accoustic also. ive gotten through the first two beginner stages and cant beleive the things i'm doing but now have started to struggle a little. but sticking with it. fyi: that dang b major is the devil

Welcome, but obviously you've been here for the last two months beavering away on the lessons. Well done for sticking with it and reaping the rewards! :)

I'm just about done with Level 1 beginners after just over two weeks and I'm amazed how far I've come from ground zero.

You are right. That B major is a bit of a sticker but it will come around ( the little devil).

I guess with any learning, the basics are easy but as you advance it gets tougher; nothing is insurmountable!

Haha, it may be now, but once you know it you get 11 bonus chords for free (since it's a 5th string root barre chord)! :D
