Brain activity reflects how much people enjoy a particular new tune, http://www.sciencenews.org/view/generic/id/349594/description/Mental_puzzles_underlie_musics_delight

This goes a little deeper than what we usually heard on American Bandstand, "...it's got a beat and I can dance to it...I give it an 85..." :D
"It takes a lot of devotion and work, or maybe I should say play, because if you love it, that's what it amounts to. I haven't found any shortcuts, and I've been looking for a long time."

Hi Russell! See my yesterday's response to your post in the Introduction sub-forum. I'm 20 minutes east of Missoula down Hwy 200 and about two hours from Butte. For Montana, that makes us neighbors... :D
