Hi there.

I just have a little doubt: how do you manage to get a clean sound thru distortion? I mean, how do you avoid the clicking noises of the pick, or getting wrong strings to sound?

Of course that I've tryied with compressors and stuff but I'd really like to play clearly with only my guitar and amp.

I'm improving my technique in those aspects by paying attention to my playing, but I'd like to know how do you do it.

first of all i usually dont use a pick
(yeah even when playing metal dont try this at home first times i did it i bled alot)
but when i do i hold it so it doesnt touch anything but the string(s) i want
and bout the other strings i mute them with my left hand by holding my first finger hovering over them...
hope that helped
God sent meat,
and the Devil sent cooks.

Excuse me while i keep this eye

Well I usually mute the fat strings with my picking hand and the 'thin' strings with the fretting hand. About this clean playing stuff, i think i'm listening too much satriani...
