How Ya'll Doin?
Hey to all, Crockett1 here. I have been playing for a few years using the self teach method but finally decided to go to guitar school so to speak. I was looking at Guitar Tricks a while back but there were so many sites out there claiming to teach guitar that I simply let it go by. Recently it caught my eye again. I did a little research and here I am. Hope you are all learning a lot.

I've been doing the Guitar Tricks thing for about two or three months now. I "taught myself" some things years ago, but now my son is playing for real, and I want to play with him. This is a great learning site - I started from absolute scratch basics and am working through scales, chords, chord building, and practicing practicing practcing. Something weird happened - I feel like I'm playing a guitar now, now just posing. The instructors are great. Hope you get as jazzed about all this as I am.
