Hi there! Has anyone had problems viewing the videos? I downloaded "flash" and I can see all the videos except for the instructors! I'm wondering what I could be doing wrong. This has never happened before.

Hi,
It sounds like you have an old version of flash. Sometimes flash will tell you it upgraded, but it doesn't. Then you have to uninstall flash and reinstall.
If you go to http://www.whatismyflash.com/ it will tell you what your flash version is.
It should be 11.1.102 if it is fully updated.
